October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month – it’s here to help us all to be more “breast aware”.  Unfortunately breast cancer is still the most common cancer is the UK with nearly 46,000 people being diagnosed every year.  By having a breast cancer awareness month, Breast Cancer Care hopes to keep people talking about this disease which affects so many people.

Caring for a loved one, friend or relative with cancer can be very draining both physically and emotionally. Of course there is the time involved in taking care of someone, which is extremely demanding physically and on top of this you will need to deal with your emotions, which can be incredibly exhausting.
